How much does an AI chatbot cost?
A focused website or WhatsApp assistant that answers questions and captures leads is a small, fixed-price project. Assistants connected to your CRM, documents or booking system cost more because of the integrations. You also pay the AI provider for usage, which we estimate up front. You get a written quote after a short discovery call.
Which AI models do you work with?
We pick the model for the job — Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT models, or open-source models you host yourself when data must stay on your servers. We design the integration so you can switch providers later.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We use business API plans whose terms exclude training on your data, keep data in your accounts, and only send the model what it needs to answer. For sensitive data we can use self-hosted models.
Can the chatbot hand over to a human?
Yes. The assistant can pass the conversation to your team by email, WhatsApp, Slack or your help desk when it is unsure or when a visitor asks for a person.
Can you add AI features to our existing software?
