Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Subscriptions

Skulam ERP, MahinePe, and Face Recognition Attendance System are offered on monthly/annual subscription plans. Setup and customization fees are non-refundable once development has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of first subscription payment: Full refund if no significant customization or onboarding has started
• Payment errors or duplicate charges: Full refund within 5-7 business days
• Service not delivered: Pro-rata refund for undelivered portion as per agreement

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom development work already completed
• Third-party license or domain costs incurred on your behalf
• Renewal payments after the 7-day window
• Digital marketing or one-time service fees after delivery

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by emailing support@forelskets.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days via Razorpay or bank transfer.
