3. Account & Usage

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell our software without authorization
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other authorized gateways. Subscription fees, setup charges, and renewal terms are communicated at purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and materials on this website are owned by Forelskets Softwares Pvt Ltd. Clients receive usage rights as per their service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
