2. How to Request

Send an email to support@forelskets.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” including your full name, registered email, and account details. We will verify your identity before processing.

3. Processing Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.

4. Exceptions

We may retain certain data required for legal compliance, tax records, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes as permitted by law.

5. Product Account Deletion

For SKULAM, MahinePe, ZonePunch, Overduee or Face Attendance accounts, contact your account administrator or our support team. Institutional data may require authorization from the organization's designated admin.
