• What does Forelskets do? — Forelsket Softwares Pvt. Ltd. builds custom software, websites, mobile apps and e-commerce stores, runs SEO and paid ads, and develops its own SaaS products — SKULAM, MahinePe, ZonePunch, Overduee and Face Recognition Attendance.
• Where is Forelskets located? — Our registered office is at Forelsket Softwares, Zindagi Gym Building, Near Dev Motors, Aligarh 202001, Uttar Pradesh, India, and we also have an office in Canada at 20167 Industrial Ave, Langley, BC V3A 4K6, Canada. We work with clients in India, the USA, Canada, Australia and the UAE.
• Do you work with international clients? — Yes. We plan overlapping working hours for clients in the UAE, Europe, Australia, the USA and Canada, with written updates and scheduled calls.
• What is your GST number? — Our GSTIN is 09AADCF4384L1Z6. It is also shown in the website footer and on every invoice.

Products & Pricing

• How much does SKULAM ERP cost? — SKULAM plans start at ₹15,000 per year for up to 500 students, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
• How much does MahinePe cost? — MahinePe plans start at ₹2,999 per month. See the MahinePe page for all plans.
• What are ZonePunch and Overduee? — ZonePunch is attendance, shift and payroll software for office, field and remote teams. Overduee is a digital khata with GST billing and payment collections for shops, traders and distributors. Both are free to start.
• Is Face Recognition Attendance a separate product? — Yes. It can be used on its own or integrated with SKULAM ERP and payroll systems.
• Do you offer free demos? — Yes. Book a free demo using the contact form or the Book a Call button on any page.

Projects

• How much does a website or app cost? — It depends on scope. After a free call we share a written proposal with fixed milestones, or you can hire dedicated developers monthly or hourly.
• Who owns the source code? — You do. We sign an NDA before confidential discussions, and code, designs and IP are transferred to you as agreed in the contract.
• Do you provide support after launch? — Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans covering updates, backups, monitoring, fixes and improvements.

Payments & Refunds

• What payment methods do you accept? — Payments are processed through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). International clients can also pay by bank transfer.

• How do I cancel a subscription? — Email support@forelskets.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
